EKAI Optical Manufacturer Company Limited, established in 2003, is a professional manufacturer on develop and produce optical frames. Our managing director worked in one of Hong Kong famous eyewear manufacturer over 20 years, is rich experienced and fully skilled in producing and developing various kinds of eyewear products. In line with demand and deep acquaintance of optical manufacture, we must strictly according to the regulation to produce our products.
Our manufacturing is located in LongGang, Shenzhen City which engage the 100,000 square feet. We have 400 skillful labors and professional engineers with advanced equipments and in-house quality control department; thus providing consistent high quality products on time delivery.
Monthly production capacity is around 70,000 pcs with half proportion of acetate frames and half proportion of metal frames. There are currently about 70% optical frames and 30% sunglasses frames production. We are achieving our goal to increase the monthly capacity to 150,000 pcs and increase workers from 400 to 800 while growing more production orders in the future.

To control the quality and the production cycle well, we already invested more than a million RMB to develop our own coating department and purchase CNC, Automatic Cleaning Machine, Nidek Satellite Tracer LT-1000 & etc; also our products can pass the different standard such as European standard (12870 CE standards). These can help to become more professional and fulfill the customer’s request.
We will continuously improve our company equipment and software such as EPR, CNC Wiring Machine and Soldering Machine & etc; we will constantly lead into different type of machine to match up customer’s requirement.
We currently export worldwide to UK, Mexico, Japan, Korea, India, USA, Italy, France and Germany & etc.
